This is just the cutest! The pleats are perfect and make this skort truly unique. It says its a black background, it is NOT, its navy and looks amazing with the navy sleeveless ruffle neck top I purchased to go with it. The short underneath are the same pattern, not a solid color like other skorts, way to go lulub! I ordered a medium and it fits tts. Get this skort! You won’t be disappointed.
