Norm's First Annual Alzheimer's Ride. And Bandanas to Match!

Posted on Apr 9th 2016

Alzheimer's disease sucks. Stepping up to the plate to find a cure is our friend and fellow St. Croix Valley Riders member Norm Pollard. Norm is organizing a Wisconsin motorcycle ride benefit for the cause. It starts June 18, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at the No Name Saloon in Prescott, WI, and ends at the Gas-Lite near Ellsworth, WI.

Here is what Norm has to say on the official Facebook Event page:

Details of the Ride

"Registration begins at 10am (at the No Name in Prescott) with kickstands up at 11 am. The ride is approximately 120 miles and will be ending at the Gaslite (outside of Ellsworth, WI) for drawings and a silent auction. The band Brother Sun Sister Moon will be playing at about 8pm. Also the gaslite will have hot beef and chips for $5 , along with there regular menu, AND AS ALWAYS CAMPING IS AVAILABLE. TENTS $10 AND RV'S $25. A very huge thank you to everybody that has and are lending a hand to me for this cause. Thank you very much, Norm Pollard."

Cool . . . But What About the Bandanas?

We've partnered with Norm to create some great fund-raising #Bandanas for this event. Some with bling, some without. You choose. They are purple, the "official" color for the cause and the ride.  Here are some pictures, and you can buy them on our website.
